Overview

Located in the vibrant heart of Bonifacio Global City, Jollibee Bonifacio Global City stands out as a favorite fast-food destination for both locals and visitors seeking quick yet comforting Filipino-style meals. Nestled along 32nd Street near Rizal Drive and just a stone’s throw from St. Luke's Hospital, this branch offers convenience and familiarity, making it an ideal spot for hospital visitors and office workers alike.

The menu showcases Jollibee’s iconic flavors, with highlights such as the Jolly Spaghetti—sweet, rich, and full of savory goodness—and the beloved Chickenjoy, a crispy and juicy fried chicken that's practically synonymous with the brand. The Spicy Chickenjoy and Burger Steak provide satisfying alternatives, while combos like the Chicken Sandwich and Super Meal cater to those seeking variety and value. Unique local favorites like Palabok and Cornbeef add a traditional Filipino twist to the fast-food experience. For something refreshing, the classic Coke Float is a popular choice, perfectly balancing the savory flavors.

The dining experience here is shaped not only by the familiar tastes but also by the staff's warm hospitality. Guests often remark on the friendly and attentive service, with one reviewer spotlighting the manager’s accommodating nature and willingness to assist beyond regular hours—a testament to the branch’s commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of care enhances the overall atmosphere, making it more than just a fast-food stop but a place where community ties strengthen.

Space-wise, the branch reflects the busy city vibe of BGC. While some find the establishment a bit worn, it remains functional and welcoming enough for quick meals during a hectic day. The proximity to St. Luke’s means it serves a diverse crowd, including family members visiting patients and office employees grabbing lunch. The short wait times during peak hours speak to efficient order management, especially when opting for pre-prepared items.

In essence, Jollibee Bonifacio Global City delivers a taste of Filipino comfort food with a dose of genuine hospitality. It’s a reliable choice for those craving classic dishes with a familiar twist, right in Metro Manila’s burgeoning business district.

Short wait time during lunch. the secret is to order what's already ready to serve. It's near St. Luke's Hospital so it's a nice alternative to dine in to when you have patients admitted in the hospital.

We ordered 12 pieces of chicken joy. All except one was good. The flour felt underdone. Place was a bit run down though.

The manager John Padua is very accommodating. We were trying to book a place where we can celebrate our Christmas party. It’s past 6pm already, cutoff for party venue inquiries. Still he entertained us and suggested dates. Highly recommend this branch for their service!

It’s the closest Jollibee to St. Luke’s Taguig which is just across the street. It’s also close to a bus stop that goes to Ayala station. The service counter is right in front of the door. This space can get crowded fast since they usually open only one counter even though there are three registers. They accept cash and paymaya payments. The dining area is spacious. There’s a second floor dining area but it’s usually not available. Cleanliness can be spotty sometimes: Sticky tables and chairs but you can readily ask for assistance to help you clean. Food is satisfactory as it is what you would expect from Jollibee. The large peach mango pie is a hype though. It’s not much different from the regular one. Serving of food is acceptable. They will inform you if there are items that might take awhile to be served like the peach mango pie (10 minutes). What I like about this branch are the tables and chairs available outside where the Grab drivers can rest. People can wait comfortably for their takeout order outside if you don’t want to stay inside.
